Stacey worked for Sodexo’s corporate headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD, where she was responsible for the oversight of corporate recruiting and human resources. One of Stacey’s area of focus is partnering closely with nonprofit Boards on matters of corporate governance and leadership initiatives. Most notably, a Board’s Compensation or Executive Committee to help independently manage CEO/Executive Director annual performance, plan and document executive compensation and benefits, Board surveys and DEI initiatives, and as needed, transition and executive search during leadership transitions.
